Hotdog hotdish

Here is a beautiful hotdish you can either make from leftovers or fresh.
Ingredients
3-5 hotdogs - sliced
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
3 Tablespoons Butter
3 cups cooked rice
Bag spinach
1 large tomatoe chopped
8 oz slized fresh mozzarella
Salt & Pepper
Sauté onions garlic and hot dogs in butter for 5 min on med heat.
Add spinach cook till wilted. Add rice and tomatoes salt and pepper
Add the mozzarelle to the top and cover for 2min or until chesse is somewhat melted.
